Policies and Procedures

At Black Cat Theatre safety is one of our biggest concerns. All staff have undergone child safety training and have clear working with children checks. We want to provide a space where everyone feels safe, heard, and respected, especially those who are vulnerable in particular, children and/or disabled. All policies and procedures are updated yearly, or sooner if issues arise, so it’s a great habit to read them every now and again to remind yourself of what boundaries and expectations we have in place at BCT.
